Title: FTP SERVER need help!!!

Hi,
I setup Port Forwarding and my router is DIR-615:
Name: DNS-323 FTP              TCP: 21            Schelude: Alway

IP ADDRESS: 192.168.0.108      UDP: blank   Inbound filter: allow all


Almost get there but I get error message:

What I did wrong anything? Please help me, I need connect FTP server from outside.

Connect in active mode or forward the passive range to your FTP server.

Where I can find active mode? and what passive range to my ftp server?
