I purchased 2 DAP 1525s. When I log into one it has FW 1.31 from 2010. The header says its a 1522. It IS a 1525 by shape and the info on the bottom plus the packaging. I tried the latest 1525 firmware 1.02 but the uploader said it was not a valid imag file. No, its a bin.
Is there a way to correct this? Can I get the firmware back to 1525?
Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, this particular DAP1525 would give the heading DAP1522 or DAP1525 randomly. But it showed 1522 firmware 1.31. I followed your information and seems to be stable at DAP1525 and firmware 1.02. I haven't worked with it since. I am deploying some DAP2553 and other 1525 then I will pay attention to problem child.
Thanks for the reply and follow-up.
