Hello Forum,
i´ve a big Problem.
I´ve installed a D-Link Video-System with the D-View-Pro Software two Years ago.
There are 33 Cameras running on it, in two licences : one for 30 and one for 8 Cameras.
After a shutdown because of overheating, the Program starts with a Fault.
The message is: Your current licence % does not support hybrid
The System was running for nearly 2 Years with this settings.
What can i do?
The software is not supported in germany anymore, so that i can´t get any help from there.
The Computer is an Intel I7 2600K/ Win7 Pro where only the D-ViewCam is running on.
I Hope, there is someone who can help me.
Regards
Juergen
P.S.: how can i add grafics in?

The professional version isn't sold in the United States either, it's marketed primarily overseas. Have you tried setting up another instance of the application? (i.e. corruption of existing install?)

Hello,
there is an old installation of D-ViewCam 3.2 on the PC.
But this is from the Start of the Pro-version.
I first tried the free Version an d later i bougt the Pro-Version, without killing the old one.
But this was running for nearly 2 Years.
I`m out of office by the moment, so i can`t try to delete the old Version. I have to wait till the weekend.
Thanks and regards

Hai,
i had do delete all older files from the free version.
After that, the error-message were gone and it worked for some days.
But now the Main Console hags after the login.
So i have to reinstall the Software.
So the question now ist, how to transfer the licences to the new installation.
can i just copy it from the licerr-file or have i to export them by the program?
I hope, that someone can help me,
Rergards
