Title: can't connect to ip camera, please check your network setting

dear all

please help.  I buy dlink dcs 5020l and everything is everything is working great on web and os .


i want to view and record from (dvcam) so I can recorde but same error is still coming to do ( I try it on win 7 and 8.1) same problem   ( can't connect to ip camera, please check your network setting )

please advise how to remove this error or how I can record from it (is there easy way)
