Title: DNS 320L Ethernet speed

I have a DNS-320L H/W A3 F/W 1.03 connected to a Switch DGS-1005D, but can not get over 100 Mbps CONNEXION, other devices can connect at 1000 Mbps
What i have to do to connect at 1000 Mbps?

Please check the cable, I've found that even when it seems ok a little bad connection will prevent DNS to auto negotiate 1000Mbps with the switch.
