Hello,
As per the email that was sent out a few weeks ago I tried to re register but keep getting "unknown serial number" error message. I've used the DDNS service for over 6 months. What do I do?

I recommend that you phone contact your regional DDNS or D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.

I have no idea how to reach them by phone, I assume DDNS is a D-Link centralized operation. Any info how to contact them, phone or email would be welcome.
I talked to regional support and they're totally clueless on DDNS.
