Can you still access the routers web page?

Can you factory reset the router with the reset button?

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email. Ask for an RMA.
Let us know how it goes please.

Hi FurryNutz. I have just recive my DGL-5500 waranty replacement. ;D
let me ask you a question about DGL-5500 firmware. 1.01 original, 1.10 and , 1.11 BUILD 03 and 1.12 BUILD 05  are the only firmware thant is non beta?
FIRMWARE 1.10 BUILD 09, 1.10 BUILD 10 and 1.12 BUILD 03 1.12 BUILD 05 or all beta firmware.
Could firmware 1.11 BUILD 03 and 1.12 BUILD 05 be beta?
With firmware should i use nowing that 1.12 BUILD 05 is no good?

Sincerly your.

Test with loaded FW first. If it doesn't seem to work well for you, load 1.12 BUILD 03
Please use the FW update process to load it.
