Title: Firmware Update Fails

I hope someone can help me. I just purchased a DNS 325, HW Version A1. It is on Firmware Version 1.02. I tried to update to the newest one, downloaded from here http://support.dlink.com/ProductInfo.aspx?m=DNS-325

It just says "Firmware Update Failed, please try again later". I also tried to update to 1.03, same error. Is there something I could do wrong?! How can I update?

Hi,
Did you unzip the file and then try to install?
