HI, I just upgraded to the 880L; firmware is 1.00. I have setup two wifi SSIDs, with 5Gz and 2GZ as part of the name. On the laptop and other computers, when I see the wireless connection name shown in the windows bar, I see the SSID name and a 2 at the end. When I open the wireless connection I see the proper name without the 2 suffix. Any clues, as I am not able to make anything out of.
Thanks

What your seeing is just the network name, not the name of the actual Wifi hotspot your connecting to (same as if your using a cable and get Network 1/2/3 due to the dhcp address changing).
Try the following tutorial for changing the name: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/24683-network-name-icon-change.html
