Title: Block 4chan from proxy websites?
Post by: matthewrs7 on August 28, 2014, 07:21:45 PM
Hello:

I am trying to have 4chan blocked from my network. I managed to have the URL blocked, but I can still access the website using proxy websites. There are simply too many proxy websites lurking to find and add them all in.

Router: D-Link DIR-815
Firmware: 2.02

In Step 3 for the 'Access Control' tab, I selected 'Other Machines'

If I need to provide any other information, please let me know and I'll add it.

You may need to have the router point to a DDNS service site like D-Links DDNS.org sight and use there services to help you block items coming from the router to global sources...
