i cant connect in pppoe mode
then ishould update my dsl firmware
where i can find firmware of dsl-2740u

• What region are you located?

Be sure your ISP service and phone lines are in good working condition and signal quality is good. Have the ISP check the phone lines for signal and correct installation.

isp checke the line and say that you should update your firmware
bridge mode is ok

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. Ask them specifically where to get FW files for this model modem. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
