can not remote access to my 1000n matter how hard I try

• What region are you located?

Internet Service Provider and Modem Configurations

• What ISP Service do you have? Cable or DSL?
• What ISP Modem Mfr. and model # do you have?

I use fimware 1.09b59

So, all we know about your problem is that you use a DSR-1000N with firmware version 1.09b59 and have a problem with remote access "no matter how hard you try". Let's wait until you tell us a bit more ...
