Hi everybody! :)
I have a strange problem with the WebUI of my DNR-322L. I cannot save access password neither with IE11 nor Chrome (the latest version). If I check save password it doesn't work. Can you help me??
Thanks.

Does clearing the browser caches and previously saved PW profiles, then go back in and connect help?
Try with FF...
-
Wow.. with chrome I have just removed the old password, then I saved again and it works.
With IE there is no possibility to remove a single password, so I have to remove ALL passwords... some alternative way??
I tried (with IE) to save again the password but it doesn't work.
Thanks.
PS.: I not use FF because I use Chrome daily, IE for some particular web site, and so, I cannot have a specific browser for specific operation, it's ridiculus!! XD XD

Wow.. with chrome I have just removed the old password, then I saved again and it works.
So... I have restarted my PC and it doesn't work again..... :(

Can you try with FF and let me know please if this also fails.
-
No, it doesn't work. It seems identically to Chrome and IE, namely when I try to access with saved password it asks me: Do you want update password?
In Chrome, which I can see the password, I have a different password saved respect to the real password. This is the problem: the browsers save the WRONG password.
It's very strange....

What region are you located?
What FW version is loaded on the 322L?
Also, what Java version are you using?
-
I am in Italy.
The firmware version is 2.10.
And Java version is 8, update 25. I am sure that it doesn't work neither with Java 7 because I have just updated java.

Is this the non beta version as I see there is a beta available...
-
I known that there is a beta available but I'm attending a stable version before update it. I cannot risk to have an unstable product, furthermore there is no assurance that the latest firmware solves this bug.

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.
