Title: UML290 4G USB modem not working (Verizon)

Hello I am unable to get my USB modem to connect to the 510L.
The modem Pantech UML290VW (LTE) shows supported on page 10 of supported devices - ftp://ftp2.dlink.com/PRODUCTS/DIR-510L/REVA/DIR-510L_REVA_SUPPORTED_DONGLE_LIST_1.00_EN.PDF

I have updated to the latest firmware 1.04

Anyone able to get this to work ?

Follow any set up information in the user manual for this?

Might contact the ISP as well and ask if they can help get it connected...
Hello I am in North America, USA.
The manual says to check website for compatible adapters, which this is.
ISP had no information on this.

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.

yea I went there, also tried support but no emial or phone options, and knowledge base was no help.

Did you input th model and a search term, after that it should bring up options...

Should see a contact button after you select Go...
