Title: No wireless connection
Post by: ColtzNut on November 15, 2014, 12:47:13 PM
I got a new Linksys router which changed the ip range from 192.168.0.xxx to 10.105.30.xxx. One of my 4 cameras is viewable, but he other 3 are still not connected. My 5010l was reset and I tried to do a manual setup and it works fine wired, but nothing in wireless. It finds the network fine , but it will not connect. I tried WPS button as well. This seemed to work for a second and the light went from green to red and back to where I started. I checked the settings on the other camera and duplicated everything. Any ideas I can try?  I am tearing my hair out.

What model router did you get?

Router Placement
Forum User - "Well I feel really dumb. After moving the router away from other electronic devices my speeds are back to normal. Just a heads up for anyone experiencing slow speeds, you might want to move it away from other electronics and see if that helps."
3-6' feet minimum safe distance between devices.
Placement on main level floor and central in the building and WELL ventilated is preferred. Not in basements or closets as building materials, or near by electronics devices could interfere or hinder good signal propagation.

What is the distance between the router and the cameras?
