My problem is that the COM port does not appear in device manager (so not available to use) until I open the D-Link connection manager.
If I just open the D-Link connection manager it installs the driver and COM port appears. If I exit the D-Link connection manager the COM port still available.
So I can do my development. But I don't want (because I don't need) to open connection manager and close it to work my application.
I am looking for a solution like:
1. Installing the driver without connection manager so the COM port will be available always whenever I insert the modem to my computers.
2. Or any solution which can make COM port available always.
Thanks
