Hello!
I have problem with snapshot from my D-Link DCS-2132LB1.
Firmware version is 2.00.05.
Video profile 1 H.264, 1280x720, video profile 2 H.264 800x448.
When I go to snapshot URL /image/jpeg.cgi or /dms.jpg or /dms?nowprofileid=1, returned image is always 640x360 pixels.
Is it possible to have snapshot image of 1270x720 pixels ?

I would review the User Manual and see if there is any information regarding Snap shot file and resolution sizes. It maybe that re-sizing is not supported.
I also recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.

There is nothing in the user manual that I could find. I searched on image, jpeg.cgi, http...

There is nothing in the firmware to note what the image URL is.
The old 5222L rev A, is the only place I've seen the image link, in the Firmware.
Anyways, I have had my new DCS-2230 indoors, and didn't notice I also did NOT have an HD image on the http://ipaddress/image/jpeg.cgi .. My old 2230's pull in an HD image. By the looks of it, it's video profile 2. It's in 720p. Which was fine by me. I put my new camera next to it, and this image was whack. Not HD. WTH.
The new camera has F/W 1.20... the old ones have 1.10. Nice job Dlink.
Anyways, queried the forums here, and found some url that said "jpeg.cgi&profileid=1".. no go.. changed it to "jpeg.cgi?profileid=1" and it works like a champ.
So give :
http://youripaddress:port/image/jpeg.cgi?profileid=1
That should work.

Unfortunately, using URL http://192.168.0.31/image/jpeg.cgi?profileid=1, returned image is stil 640x360 pixels.
Also tried http://192.168.0.31/image/jpeg.cgi?profileid=2 and same result.

My USA dcs 5222LB1 also has the same issue. 640x360 on all images, and then the motion jpeg in the F/W is just the 640x360 blown up.
/dms?nowprofileid=1&0.4828099000733346
And I have no profiles in that resolution, and profile 3 is locked out.
