Rev A v1.24 has an exposure problem on the DCS-942L. Lighter areas are overexposed, and darker areas are underexposed. Adjustments to brightness and contrast do not improve the problem. Also, Frequency only works on Auto.
I did do a factory reset, as recommended in the release notes. The exposure problem existed before and after the factory reset.
The same problem exists in v1.23. Reverting to v1.22.

New version v1.25.4912 for SEAsia was released and already upgraded mine. Checking how stable this would be. 1.24 is a great but need to try this one. The changelog indicated only the agent has been upgraded to 2.0.19-b06. Let's see.

I have to add updated threads for this, but the changes for 1.25.x are subtle at best:
- Upgrade mydlink agent to v2.0.19-b06
- Disable SSLv3
- Fixed the NIPCA XML response issue by adding <root> tag as well- format
