Title: DWL-2700AP RevA vs RevB
Post by: BDF1234 on December 16, 2014, 07:45:44 AM
Our company had been using the 2700 for years as our choice for outdoor AP deployment.   All AP's that we had purchased were of the RevB flavor.    Somehow my client was able to recently purchase a 2700AP even though they have not been produced in a few years.  This one has a firmware that I am not familiar with(2.11US).  I am assuming that this is a RevA 2700.  Can anybody tell me if this is true?    I do not have a way of physically looking at the AP since the customer installed it using a scissor lift and bolted it the wall of a bus garage...

By the looks of it, Rev A is v2.xx FW and Rev B is v3.xx FW
