Hi, I just had Verizon FiOS installed into my apt and would like to register the product they set up. But I cannot find any link or support page for this device. Is this a brand new product no yet established on the web site? I would like to ensure it has current firmware/software updates. Thanks.

- What Hardware version is your modem? Look at the sticker under modem.
- Link>What Firmware (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=47512.0) version is currently loaded? Found on the modems web page under status.
- What region are you located?
Was the modem provided by Verizon or did you buy a retail version? If Verizon provided it, you may need to contact Verizon directly as they are responsible for the FW and setup of this modem...The FW maybe maintained by Verizon, not D-Link.

Thanks for replying Furry.
So this is a provider provided device. The tech brought it in w/the STB and router. So I'll lean towards VZ for support, but I'm wondering if the device is so new it hasn't hit the D-Link products list on this site. On the bottom is says:
P/N (product number?) BSL6300VAUS.A1
HW(Hardware?) Ver A1
Firmware Version VZ_1.01(Verizon?)
I'm just getting used to the Verizon forums and there kinda full of venom towards Verizon. kinda fun readin' though. So I think I'll follow your advice about contacting Verizon. I did a firmware update on the Actiontec Router so i was happy I could do that.
Thanks and Hippy New Year
I'm in the U.S. in Maryland(whose residents actually sued Verizon FiOS and won!) Fight the power lol

Firmware Version VZ_1.01 so yes, this modem will need support from Verizon.
