Title: DC-IN Adaptor
Post by: velocity_2k on December 27, 2014, 12:32:51 PM
Hi,

My power adaptor and laptop have been stolen, but thanksfully I still keep the NAS.
What are the amps, watts (etc?) values the replacement i need to buy should have? I know NOTHING about electricity haha :)

Many thanks in advance.
Regards.

Values for the NAS should be in the user manual...or phone contact D-Link support and ask.

You can also find them on the web site as well under the Specs tab.

Good Luck.

Hi,

Does anybody knows the part number / sizes of the pin for the AC Adaptor? Its kind of difficult to find a compatible one.

Thanks in advance.

You best bet would be to phone contact D-Link support and ask them what the plug size specs are. Due to many different products, the plugs they use are not all the same size.

Let us know what they say.
