I have a dns320 loaded with all my music files.
Current NAS Firmware Version
2.05
Firmware Date
05/07/2014
I can stream to all my devices in my house except my galaxy tab 3. no matter what player or app i use to stream, i continue to get 'can't play file' or some other error. Is there some setting that allows the s3 to stream from this device. I am not sure what to try next. again, every other device seems to work fine, just my s3 doesn't stream.
please provide thoughts to this issue.
thanks

Just a thought - if everything else is working then don't you think you might find the problem is with your Galaxy tab S3 in some way. For example can you see your DNS-320 on your S3? (use the browser to see if you can log on to the DNS-320 - if you can't then you need to fix that first)

Hi Mike,
Another thought, you don't mention what router you are using, but assuming you are using WPA2 for encryption, you might try switching between AES or TKIP settings and see if you are then able to connect. On some routers, you can choose AES or TKIP only or the combination of both. Good luck....
