Hi,
If possible setup folder with password, other staff can't access the folder? Let me know.
-
I think you can, you have to create users and set permissions on a specific folders
Advanced tab > Users/Groups - to setup...well your users and groups that you want to give access to the folder.
Advanced tab > Network Access - to select the folder you want protected and to select what users/groups have access to it.
Hope this helps.

On DNS-323 hard drive?
-
in the web control panel of the DNS...
-
I think you mean for ftp server access?
-
no, I think you need to read your instruction manual first, you can access your NAS' control panel via a web browser by typing in it's network ip address.

The FAQs on our support website are very helpful as well for configurations of features on the DNS-323
