Welcome! (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=48135.0)

FW Update Process (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=42457.0)

PC Web Browser Configurations
What browser are you using?
Try Opera or FF? If IE 8, 9, 10 or 11, set compatibility mode and test again.
Disable any security browser Add-ons like No Script and Ad-Block or configure them to allow All Pages when connected to the router.
Clear all browser caches.
Be sure to log into the Admin account on the router.
Try turning off these features in Chrome:
Top right corner, little bars for options > Settings > Settings (on left) > Show advanced settings.
Uncheck these:
Use a web service to help resolve navigation errors
Use a prediction service to help complete searches and URLs typed in the address bar
Predict network actions to improve page load performance
Enable phishing and malware protection

Is there a drop down arrow on the user box or is admin the only one you can access? Admin and User would be the only two available options I presume.

What region are you located?

Are accessing the router from a remote location or local LAN side?
It maybe that the user access is only for remote access from the WAN side...

Accessing from LAN side, we have accessed it before from LAN side, its wierd that its not allowing to input the username.

Please follow the FW update process. It details on what you need to do. Do a save configuration to file before you start as it will erase any configurations. Load the FW and test the access first before loading any saved configurations.

Save Configuration should be under Tools/System...
