Title: Need Urgent Help With My D-Link DIR 505 config!

Hi guys,
I just bought a DIR 505 basically for using it in the repeater mode with my wireless modem. I want to connect this to my mobile phone which I use out in the garden and so need to extend my modem's range. I have a Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo GT 19060 which is already connected by wi-fi to my modem.
I connected the DIR 505 to the wall socket and it shows 'connected' on my mobile phone. Now I need to configure it. As per the instructions, it says open the web browser in the mobile which would display the D-Link screen. However, when I try to open the browser, it doesn't as it says there is no internet connection, though the mobile shows it connected in the wifi mode!
So how do I open the D-link setup screen on my mobile?

• What Hardware version is your router? Look at sticker under the router case.
• Link>What Firmware (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=47512.0) version is currently loaded? Found on the routers web page under status.
• What region are you located?

I recommend that you review the user manual and see if that will help you get the 505 configured. Also you may need to install D-Links QRS mobile application on your phone to set it up. QRS is found on your mobile phone online application store.

Do you have a Laptop or PC you can connect and set up the 505 there?
