Title: Alarm JPGs are cut off
Post by: htmlavenger on January 16, 2015, 04:57:44 AM
I am having a problem with damaged images when an alarm is triggered. It appears the camera is some how segmenting the files incorrectly when sending, resulting in only the first image being complete.

The images look like this:

When the alarm mail arrives, it has 9 damaged images and 9 of these 'ATT' files, which I think are parts of the damaged images, because if you open them in notepad, you see a 'JFIF' tag in them.

Damaged List:

ATT File with JFIF tag:

Has anyone had this problem? I am using the B model with latest firmware.

I have the same problem, but I don't know how to fix it.
