sorry. it's a nogo here.
we installed the latest firmware 1.12.03 (2015-02-03) with 2.0.18-b61 agent.
we can no longer view live video on our pc or mydlink website.
running windows 7 sp1 with ie 11; all updates.
java 8 installed; not activated for security reasons.
formerly activex addons assisted the live view on our pc when viewing mjpeg.
our pc, mydlink and android live views were all operational on our end.....until the update.
can we use the activex h.264 used with our 5010 cam for live view?
or do you have another fix/work around?
thanks

You can roll back to the prior firmware version that worked best on your DCS-930L.
Correctly if I'm wrong, but It sounds like you are saying that your PC/Internet browser isn't enabling Java 8 to utilize the changes made available in the latest firmware.  :-\  ???

you are correct sir.
java 8 installed.
did verify new fw op by temporarily enabling java on pc. live video checked good.
checked mydlink video w/java....nogo. then immediately disabled java due to java security concerns.
attempted to view mpjeg live video using active x controls. this mode not viewable with this version.
no video on mydlink either.
yes, i have considered reinstalling previous fw version as last resort.
this version pushed out too soon. this is 2nd iteration. more to come.
users unknowingly performing beta testing?
any other ideas would be appreciated.
thanks

Again, if the prior FW version worked for you, then I recommend rolling back. Since the only significant change in this FW relates to java and you are not using java, there's no reason for you to upgrade. As the saying goes, "If it's not broken, don't fix it."

on iOS 8.1.3 on an iPodTouch 5g - - -
Cameras 930, 931, 932 with this firmware v1.12, 1.10, 1.07 are visible in the JustConnect+ app, but the connection specifics remain orange falsely saying unreachable until the camera is selected
MyDlink Lite app shows all cameras, 930-931-932 updated and not; sound CAN be switched on/off in this version.

on iOS 5.1.1 (jailbroken) on an iPodTouch 3g - - -
This firmware v1.12 has broken the ability to see 3 updated DCS-930L cameras in the JustConnect+ app - Those were updated (and operate on) cabled Ethernet.
Strangely, a DCS-932L also updated to latest fw v1.10, wired using power-line Ethernet, IS visible in that app, but the connection specifics remain orange
MyDlink Lite app shows all cameras, 930-931-932 updated and not; sound cannot be switched on/off in this version.
...
Java would not be involved in iOS ???
