I have a DCS-5010L and a DCS 932L, that I access via mydlink lite.
In the last week, when I access the camera via phone, I got a message that they needed to be upgraded.
I clicked ok in the app, then now its stuck? Upgrade won't complete? I get a message box that says "Reminder - Upgrading...." then an OK box that does nothing when I click it.
After a day or so, I unplugged then replugged in the 5010L. The message no longer comes up, but I can't pan/tilt or turn on night vision?
How can I get my cameras back up and working?

You can re-install an earlier version of the FW. Please see the following post for instructions: Network Cameras - Important Posts & Information (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=58121.0)
When you read the above post, please look for the following two links:

- D-Link USA - Product FTP Site (where you can find older firmware files)

Great! Thanks! I will give that a try tonight.

Please post back and let us know how things turn out.
I'm also going to move this thread to the DCS-5010L board in this forum.
