Title: mydlink+ no longer alows control over DCS-5009l

after a firmware upgrade I am not longer able to control my DCS-5009l via the mydlink+ app on a MotoX (1stgen) using android 4.4.4.  I can view - but I am unable to switch day/night mode and I can no longer pan or tilt.  Is this a bug anybody else is having?  Firmware Version 1.02.03 (2015-01-29).  Prior to the firmware upgrade I had no issues.

any help would be appreciated.
