Did you test on another PC or mobile device? I'm using v1.06 on two different PCs + mydlink Lite on an Android phone without any issues. :-\
-
No. I am going to try on other devices and see what happens. Thanks.

Everything back to normal after reloading the latest firmware one more time. :)

Well, that's odd! :-\ ???
I'm glad everything is working properly now.

For 5009, 5010 and 5020 latest firmware updates causing problems many problems with cameras including remote pan and tilt via PC and mobile devices.
Reversing to prior firmware eliminated problem.
To add to the incompetence, the latest version of Java (as of today) does not permit remote access via PC to view not change settings. Viewing is not a problem on mobile devices but full array of settings cannot be changed on mobile devices by design.
Please fix this. It’s unprofessional for customers to do your troubleshooting and waste hours. I shou.ld send you a bill but I can’t. But I can as a customer hammer you by contacting the BBB and posting about it online.

I should note that the DCS-5020L has a recent FW update released this month (April, 2015) that addresses the remote pan/tilt issue. Hopefully a fix the other impacted models is coming soon. I have to post a sticky post for the latest FW, although you can find it here: http://mydlink.com/support/ (http://mydlink.com/support/)
