Title: 308av with 306av

Hi all, have been using the 306av for a couple of years, I needed another outlet and the only model available was the 308av, they said it works with the 306av.

So I purchased it and going by the instructions, I just plug it into the outlet and the Ethernet into whatever device, then I press the button for less than 3 seconds and press the button on another outlet (306) and all done.

Problem is, this does not work, whenever I do that the 308 does not get the 3 lights lit up and the 306 falls off the network.

any ideas?

Can you test and set up in the same room as the 306 and see if it will come online and function?
