Title: On but not on!

So recently my NAS is in hibernation mode but when I go to connect to it is not waking up. The two blue disk drive lights are on but the power light is not on. I have to press the power light to get it to become active which is not very helpful when I’m at work needing a file!

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
