Title: spontaneious reboots and crashes
Post by: zvadim on March 11, 2015, 07:01:45 AM
I have 2 DAP-2695 one became unreliable and started freezing up or crashing under load.  Now the 2nd one is following suit with random frequent reboots.  Reset to factory defaults, but didnt help.  Powered via AC brick or via same brick & POE injector, no change.  Load about ~50 users.  Am I just expecting too much from this AP?

Thanks for the quick reply Furry,

I am running latest publicly available fw 1.11-rc044, located in the US.
I have primary SSID XXXWiFi on both 2.4 & 5Ghz, using WPA2/AES/external RADIUS.
Secondary SSID XXXGuest on both frequencies using WPA2/AES/password.
Have 4-5 DLink access points throughout the building on a separate VLAN.  Two DAP-2690s, and an older DWL-3200.
They all sit on same VLAN and have same SSIDs, users roam between them.
Channel selection is on auto, and they mostly avoid overlap.
Connected devices are a mix of laptops & phones.

Any chance you can take one of the DAPs and move it to a more isolated area or maybe even test at home for a day or two?
