First off, hello everyone ;D :D ;) :)
The problem that I have been having lately with both of my DCS-932L cameras is that they are NOT reachable through my phone or LAN at times.
Also, both have cameras respond really slow at times!
The weird fact is one of the cameras responds perfectly fine by the windows ping command when up close (within 5 feet within router).

However, when this same camera is placed in the kitchen (about 15-20 feet from the router) it is unreachable...

I know that it can't be my router because all my other devices (phone, tablets, ect...) work just fine from further distances...
Can anyone help me with this?

Your 1st ping results show a different IP address from the 2nd test. You sure your pinging the correct IP address?
- Setup DHCP (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=58017.0) reserved IP addresses for all devices ON the router. This ensures each devices gets its own IP address when turned on and connected, eliminates IP address conflicts and helps in troubleshooting and maintain consistency for applications that need to connect as well as mapped drives.
- Ensure devices are set to auto obtain an IP address.
