Hi,
If i have two 320l's and want to make a backup of my local disk
Is it better to make the remote disk copy from local disk.
Or make the copy from local to remote disk?
Maybe its te same?
Hope someone can help me!

My preference is to have the destination pull the data rather than have disparate data sources push. Pulling data is preferable as the destination DNS-320L will be better equipped to centrally manage scheduling backups from multiple sources/times and also deal with any HDD space limitations.
Presuming both DNS-320L are on the same LAN< open the web UI for the Destination DNS-320L where the backup will reside and navigate to Applications > Local Backup and select the source folder/file locations.

hi,
i made one mistake.
I have a 320 and a 320l.
the 320 is at my parents house, the 320l at my house. So external backup.
i think the backup possibilitys are the same?
So the best is to make a remote backup at the 320 and make a remote to local setting?

i think the best way is to make incremental backup?
what does the num 3 says?
