In the last several days at approximately 6:30 am both of my cameras have been logged into by IP address 54.197.233.26
First of all this is not an IP address that should be allowed access to the camera. On the first day it stopped the video stream from the camera. I rebooted the cameras and all was ok.
This morning both cameras were logged into by the same IP. One camera was again affected but the other wasn't.
I've since changed the passwords but I'm wondering if anyone else has had this happen and if just changing the password is good enough.
Thanks

What Mfr and model is the main host router and ISP modem?
What modem DCS camera do you have?
What FW is currently loaded?
You might have your ISP change your public WAN IP address to be sure.
Check DomainTools for that IP address to see where it's coming from and it's information.
Do you have remove access enabled on the cameras?
Let us know if changing the PW on the camers stops the log in.
