Title: Camera sends pics every 5 minutes...
Post by: Crxpwred on April 28, 2015, 09:30:08 AM
I have a Dcs-932L and as of the last week it has started sending me pictures exactly every 5 minutes instead of when motion is detected. Was wondering if anyone one else has run into this problem...

Log into the DCS-932L web UI.  What are the selected settings under SETUP > Email?

Not at home where I can at the moment. But the problem is I'm not getting any motion activated pics at all...

The settings selected on the SETUP > Email page will indicate if you have send emails on motion detection activated.
The settings selected on the SETUP > Motion Detection page will indicate whether motion detection is activated and the motion detection sensitivity level.

Went into the settings and fixed it. Don't know how the settings got changed maybe the recent firmware, but it is back to detecting motion thanks for the help!

Glad to help! Sounded like a settings issue. ;)
