Hi
I've been using Surveillance Centre 2.02 on DNS-325 for nearly a year now with no problems.
The browser I use is Chrome, and I could view live video and playback with no problems.
Last week the following error message came up when opening SC 2.02:
Missing plug-in on this page. Click Here to download it. And restart your browser after installing the plug-in.
I downloaded the plugin and installed and restarted the browser, but still the same error message appears.
I can access SC 2.02 ok when using Internet Explorer but not with Chrome?
Does anyone know what the issue is?
Thanks

Has Chrome been updated recently?
Disable any security browser Add-ons like No Script and Ad-Block or configure them to allow All Pages when connected to the router.
Clear all browser caches.
Be sure to log into the Admin account on the router.
Try turning off these features in Chrome:
Top right corner, little bars for options > Settings > Settings (on left) > Show advanced settings.
Uncheck these:
Use a web service to help resolve navigation errors
Use a prediction service to help complete searches and URLs typed in the address bar
Predict network actions to improve page load performance
Enable phishing and malware protection

Google is planning to remove NPAPI altogether from it's browser by September.

How about using FF or a different browser when using SC?
