Well i the DVR is accessible thru the 615 router and the cameras are not, problem may be with cameras. You'll need to contact the Mfr of the cameras and have them help you out and toubleshoot the issue.

Also, looks like your ISP modem is a modem/router combo gateway. May have NAT already:
http://www.cisco.com/web/consumer/support/dpc3941t.html (http://www.cisco.com/web/consumer/support/dpc3941t.html)
The 615 is a NAT router as well.

If the ISP modem has a built in router, it's best to bridge the modem. Having 2 routers on the same line can cause connection problems: Link>Double NAT (http://www.practicallynetworked.com/networking/fixing_double_nat.htm) and How NAT Works (http://computer.howstuffworks.com/nat.htm). Call the ISP and ask to see if the ISP modem can be bridged. To tell if the modem is bridged or not, look at the routers web page, Status/Device Info/Wan Section, if there is a 192.168.0.# address in the WAN IP address field, then the modem is not bridged. If the modem can't be bridged then see if the modem has a DMZ option and input the IP address the router gets from the modem and put that into the modems DMZ.

RE DVR There are 4 Analog cameras and 1 IP.
You're right about the dual applications on the modem but the router on the modem  is inactive and the it does have Bridge Mode Enabled.
Having Bridge Disabled deactivates the 615.
To be clear, the analog Cameras attached to the DVR including the independent ip camera are accessible locally.
Ie., via wireless they are getting through the the DVR and through the router for local wireless access.  My problem is only remote, where it finds the DVR and log in is successful but no cameras show up.

Having bridge mode on the ISP modem does not deactivate the 615. The 615 NAT is still active.

If your getting to the DVR and not the cameras, there maybe a problem on the DVR or configuration there in or there is a wired/wireless problem/interference problem with cameras. You'll need to contact the Mfr of the cameras and ask for help and information regarding them.
