can anybody tell me what are the orginial values for motion dedection?
what are the best to wath a huge area outside (a lot of false alarms)...

The original settings are 85 sensitivity, 5 percentage.  I have never found a setting the does not produce a lot of false alarms.

I didn't have a lot of success with motion detection but I'm very satisfied with PIR detection.

Can you give us some info on what seetings you used for PIR? I tried it and did not get good response. But maybe that is because it is always HOT where I live?

U'm still running 1.01 firmware so there isn't any settings for PIR, just on or off. I don't want to risk installing 1.05 because 1.01 is running so good for me.

Pir doesn't work behind windows in case that's your problem.

I guess if it is 110f out, pir might have issues too. Never thought of that.
