I'm in the process of setting up my D-Link DCS-932L cam. I already have 2 Foscam cameras working on the wireless network.
I connected the power and ethernet cables, plugged it in to my router (Apple Airport Extreme) and got the green light on the back. I ran the setup wizard, and it asks "how will you connect your camera to the router ?" and "Current connection: wired connection". I can select ethernet cable, by selecting a wireless network, or WPS. My router doesn't have WPS so I go for the second option as I need it on wifi. The app then says "scanning wireless network", though doesn't seem to find my (or indeed any) wireless networks. The only option in the drop-down list after it has finished scanning is "Others". If I select "Others" then I have to enter my wi-fi name manually as well as the security type, encryption type and wireless password.
I enter these things and click "next" - it says "saving network settings" and then "restarting network" and then "please unplug your network cable from the camera and click OK" - which I did (as soon as I do, the green light turns to red). It then says "restarting network" again and then "checking internet connection" (which takes a while), before asking me if the LED on the camera is green - it is not, it is still red. It then tells me that it could not create a wireless connection, and restarts again.
Any help appreciated!

Further to the above - I registered the cam with mydlink and logged in via the web browser. Here I was able to go to "advanced settings" and then wifi setup, and it seems that my network was found. I selected it and clicked save. Nothing happened, so I tried unplugging the ethernet cable from the cam, and the LED turned red with connection lost. I tried unplugging the power and starting it up again to see if it would connect to the wifi, but it did not.
Any thoughts?

What Mfr and model is the main host router?
