Hi everyone,
I have this situation. One Dns-320-L and two macs computers. When I bought that NAS I formated the volume in ntfs and i shared that volume to Mac Computers. The result is very slow performance. I checked power management and disabled the hibernation. But i stil ear hard discs hibernation.... I can't understand ...
What is our recomadation to work en mac with this Nas?
See you soon..

How are you connecting to the NAS from the Mac PCs? Wired or wireless?
What Mfr and model main host router are you using?
Hibernation of the HDD or spin down of the HDD is recommended to leave enabled so when the NAS isn't being used, the drives can spin down and idle.

I believe that some WD HDDs have on-board controllers that will spin down HDDs. Do you know how long the HDDs must remain idle before they spin down?
