Title: The problem with connection to DSR-1000N via COM-port

Good day.
There is a problem with the connection to the DSR-1000N via COM-port. There are 2 devices in one very well, on the second I can not connect. They have the same conditions and settings. For example it through Putty or no signs of life, or constantly repeats: "Login timed out after 60 seconds. DSR-1000N login:" and it is impossible to enter any characters. Logs at this point say the following: "Sun May 10 11:15:06 2015 (GMT) [DSR-1000N] [System] [NIMF] dbRecordValueGet failed for rowid column". Reset, flashing, connection to other equipment, etc. the results have not yielded. Now firmware 1.06B53_RU, on firmware 2.02 also remains a problem. Please help. Thank you.

You may have a faulty unit. I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
