Title: DCS-942LB1 the software cannot detect the camera

Hello,
while installing this camera, a msg saying there is an upgrade  appeared and probably
made the upgrade ...???
In the second phase (the cloud) the software is unable to find the camera...strange...

It is not the fisrt 942L that I install , but the firstwith the upgrade

Any idea?

How much time has past since you performed the upgrade?

The software mdlink configuration checked for upgrade , i don't know it has perfomed something.....
