I have confirmed with Tech Support that latest Firmware has a bug. If you specify schedule other then always/never router stops communicating with internet. Intranet works just fine, router itself can ping internet, but any "inside" host can't ping any outside host.
The only option I got from Tech Support was to exchange router in which case I'd get it with firmware 3.01 which a different bug -- you can't set schedule on a wi-fi antenna -- it's an option listed in the manual but doesn't show in the router itself until you upgrade to 3.10. So I am stuck between a rock and a hard place. Oh, and of course I can't just "downgrade" to 3.01 because 3.10 is NOT downgradable.
So I need updated firmware which will fix this bug. Anyone know when it's coming out.
1 more thing, anyone try to enter schedule which runs from 7a.m. to 2 a.m. (yes through midnight) I can't even save it -- it claims it as illegal
I have H/V C1 now running F/V 3.10NA

Hi
I feel your pain (or rather I felt your pain :-). I too had major issues after upgrading. I spent today pondering ways to revert, including investigating OpenWrt and dd-wrt. In the process I deciphered a key item, namely the solution in this thread: http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=5716.0 (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=5716.0). Any hex editor will do the job for you.
Enjoy.
