Hello
Just received a refurbished camera from Dlink. This camera has been returned by another Dlink-custoner. Since the Mydlink number on the camera is the same number now and when the other customer used the camera is it then possible for the old customer to access my camera?
I hope and guess that the answer is no but what do Dlink do to make sure that what I am afraid of is not happening.
I can change the password of the camera but I can still the camera access using the app and mydlink site, so?
Please give me a full explenation.
Regards

Try to registry the camera to another mydlink account. If you can then it is possible i guess. Change the password again and see if both accounts can access it. If it's still yes then it's possible i guess.
