Title: invalid username/ password

im having serious issues,
the camera was working fine till my router was changed and the pw changed, when i corrected the pw with the new one for the router, the camera works, i can see it live, but i work away from home and was getting email notifications with image, i am no longer getting email notifications with mail, and only rarely get the motion detected email that has no pics, which doesnt help me at all if im not home

when i went into my email settings, nothing was different, but when i ran test and checked the status, i get the message 'invalid username/password'
i have tried with several different emails, same result, and this is the email that i have been using for the entire time with this device.

i also have message that port is already used by gateway, i dont know what port or where to change it

btw, im on a mac with the updated os, and i have updated the firmware on the camera DCS5010L

ok the HW vrsion is A1
firmware is:Firmware Version   1.06.01 (2015-02-04)
the router is: alcatel-lucent
i have a moden from telus on the back it says actiontec v1000h and upstairs i have an extender from telus wcb3000n

i am in alberta canada,
the device was working correctly prior to one of the things being changed, (i dont know which is router and which is modem) sorry

i accidentally deleted the device when trying to change the pw, and then reinstalled, as far as i can tell all my connections are correct, i have spent more than 40 hrs on the phone with my ISP , and with dlink,
my ISP confirms i do NOT have a network issue, because all otehr devices are working correctly, all i want is the correct settings and to get email with images again

another issue i am having is my UpnPu port forwarding says this gateway is already used, im sure its an easy fix if i can get the correct answers, and not have some 2nd party try to sell me network support

ok finally got a positive test on the email message, however, am still NOT getting the 6 email images that i have checked off, i was getting them before, how can i get them again, all i get is the message that theres motion detected, and often im working out of town with no wifi, so cant watch the camera, i need the pics of who goes in and out

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. Have then check the configuratioon. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
