Title: motion alert emails dont have pic's

i have the DCS5010L
was previously getting email alerts with images , which is very important when im away from home for long periods,
now i no longer get the images, have tried to get alerts with video as well, and that does not work either, i do get an email stating that motion was detected, but no images, what is going wrong

the firmware is updated,

i am on a mac, have tried different browsers, though that shouldnt matter when getting email. the video streams just fine

please help
