Title: Dsl 3590L and ddns with No-ip.com

HI to all! I have just bought this modem-router but i had problem configurig ddns service with no-ip.com. I used manual option and in server address i have inserted "dynupdate.no-ip.com" , in hostname i have inserted my complete host domani "il-guala.no-ip.info" then i have inserted passoword and username. But however it doesn't connect. These settings are the same that i use with my ip-camera and with old modem-router that i had before this. Can anyone help me pleas?

• What Hardware version is your modem? Look at the sticker under modem.
• Link>What Firmware (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=47512.0) version is currently loaded? Found on the modems web page under status.
• What region are you located?

It may not be supported on this model modem. I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.

i ask for support and waiting for a valid serial number to register to dlinkddns
