The video is blur on iPhone, but I can view the video on Android phone....

What iOS is loaded on the iPhone?
What FW is loaded on the camera?
What version of the lite app are you using in the iPhone?
Remove then re-install the app?

I had a similar issue today. I could see it on my PC but not on Iphone. I only had the issue with one of my 5010Ls the others were OK. Tried rebooting but that did not work. Reloaded firmware and all was normal. It makes no sense but I have had issue before were only reloading firmware fix the issue

Seems that if other cameras are viewable and one is not then the issue would be with the one camera...and not the app.
